Hi, Hot Dog Helen here! Hasn’t it been a great summer so far? It’s so nice seeing live music start up again! Summer isn’t over yet, so I’m going to give you some tips on how to enjoy the last of our hot and sunny days of the season.
First of all, I may be a little biased but I’d suggest a good ole fashion BBQ. Invite some friends over and get grillin’! All I can say is that there is nothing better than a hot dog on the BBQ. Also, you could roast some weenies on the fire if you’re more into that. Either way, it’s gonna be great.
If hot dogs aren’t your thing, which I wouldn’t see why not... I’d suggest a live show! Get to know your local music scene. There’s a lot too see out there! You can’t beat live music.
A classic summer activity around these parts is heading out to the lake. There’s plenty to choose from. Who doesn’t love a good beach day? Pack your bathing suit, towel, some snacks, and what ever else you think you’ll need to enjoy your day. Never forget sunscreen! Take it from me, there’s nothing worse than burning your buns.
This is just a small list of what you could do with your summer! There’s so much more you can do. I’d suggest just getting out there and enjoying the nice weather. Get outside and have fun! Go for a picnic, the pool, go camping, watch the sunset, or fall in love! When it comes down to it, the summer is still yours. Do whatever makes your heart happy.
